This app is now broken!
I was loving this app to record my bike rides, but now it is seriously broken.
1st it insists on tracking my location always, not just when in use. Now I can’t remove the bike picture from the black lozenge, even when the app is not running. I have to stop tracking and restart my phone to get rid of it.
2nd, I’ve now tried to track a ride twice. I pause the ride for a tea, and then resume it. When I get home, I find it has lost half my ride. It offers to save my ride, but it never adds to my activities?
Greatly disappointed.

Pointless now
I used this for predominantly for an easy check of which power level I am using and the remaining battery life (as the iwoc Trio is such a poor display). The ride recording was also useful. Now - the battery drains too fast and my last 3 rides have lost connection well before the end of the ride. This app is now pointless. Another example of an upgrade that was unnecessary. Don’t download it.

Poor
The current app is not fit for purpose. It was fine before; stable; convenient; opened and closed without drama. Current version is very heavy on battery, consistently drops connection, fails to record full ride and then is impossible to finish using the app without closing down phone. Rubbish!!
App lags then crashes
Halfway through the ride the app lags then crashes. Unable to alternate through the assist levels unless done via the button on the bike.

The Auto HR assistance stopped working after the update
The auto HR worked flawlessly until the recent update. It completely stopped engaging the motor for auto assistance.
Won’t connect to Strava
Since the recent update the app won’t connect to Strava nor does it seem to record all the cycles. It says it’s saved it but doesn’t appear on your activity log. Very poor
Latest update terrible
After the latest update the app is terrible. Requires to have location tracking on at all times even when not using the app. Motor control part doesn’t seem to work now. Was way more user friendly a couple weeks ago.
Annoying
My bike stayed connected to app today for a change! Always leaves a blank band across phone screen after I’ve been using app. I have to delete and reload app to use it. Also doesn’t send ride details to Strava anymore
Worse than ever
The latest update(s) have turned what used to be a good app into a troublesome, unstable and unreliable one. Strava integration: broken. Finished a recorded ride: no you haven’t! Think your whole ride was recorded: not always!! PLEASE fix these issues, it’s rubbish.
Quelle horreur depuis la mise à jour
J’ai acheté mon de Vinci e-hatchet avec moteur/batterie x-30 l’année dernière et l’application était TOP! Je pouvais me servir de mon moniteur cardiaque pour guider l’assistance selon le max HR de mon choix. Maintenant c’est complètement erratique. Le temps ne s’enregistre pas bien ( lac de plusieurs minutes), les zones de fréquences cardiaques sont complètement erronées (indique toujours zone 4 même si je suis en zone 1) et après environ 1 heure d’utilisation manuelle, les changements d’assistance (+ ou -) de l’application ne répondent plus en temps réel. Je me sers uniquement du bouton de changement d’assistance sur le vélo tellement ça fonctionne mal. Vraiment décevant après une première année d’utilisation parfaite! SVP, Mahle, vous devez régler ce problème!!

Ride recording poor
Even with the latest update the App loses contact with the bike leaving rides unrecorded. App seemed to work better before the ‘improvements’

The app is fine. Does what I want. It keeps improving. Links with Strava.
App unusable
This app is ridiculous does not track or sync rides and not very intuitive. Very disappointing using it with my x30 motor
New upgrade crashes
I overall like the new update, however agree that the graphic at the start is unnecessary. However my biggest problem is that on 2 recent longer rides (over 50km) the app has crashed towards the end of the ride. It displays a frozen black screen with the word Mahle. I’m unable to retrieve it, and can only jump out of the program, losing the ride data. There was still plenty of battery in the bike and phone left. Short rides seem to be fine. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Latest update has taken us back 2 years- constant crashes.
The latest version is a big improvement in layout and use ability. However, it’s a major step backwards in reliability, consistent crashes and lost data. My advice is use a Garmin if you want to record data, this app constantly looses everything.
No longer works with Apple Watch
Previous versions of this app used my Heart Rate readings from the Apple Watch to adjust power levels. Alas, the latest version, while it still successfully reads and displays my HR both on the Watch and iPhone, does not use this reading for Auto Assistance but only works with a HR band.
I am sure this can be fixed fairly swiftly and easily.

Update failed
The update has not improved anything, it is still unusable to record journeys. Just freezes and I have to uninstall and reinstall to use again
