NOT USER FRIENDLY
I know this has been around awhile so I’m confused how it can be so bad. Work gets deleted, pages appear & disappear, disappears from cart, not saved, not in library, and you really cannot edit it much. I wish you could add in photos from your phone and also be able to edit more so that pictures can be easily uploaded, moved, or deleted. This app and site needs work!

No Help Given
I’m so frustrated with this App. I’ve used over several years in the past with excellent results but now that I want to create a new book of my memories from 2022 the App keeps failing me. I’ve contacted My Social Book via email and from the in-App Help but have had no response whatsoever. However I’ve had numerous email asking if I’ve forgotten anything in my Basket with a link back to the site but when I click the link the message tells me my Basket is EMPTY!!!!

Great idea- terrible execution
Every time I think I’m getting somewhere I lose connection to Facebook and then it won’t reconnect until I back out and it deletes all the work I did. I also wish it organized all the post together with its pictures within the book.
Very easy photobooks to print your photos
Easiest photo books to print my Facebook or my google photos. I saw that you can also print all your Instagram posts
Does not work
Couldn’t get past the “send a code to my phone” screen. Tried 5-6 times over a month long period.
The best keepsake ever!
Each year (and sometime more) I create my yearbook of my Instagram account and my Facebook account and my loves ones and I cherish them each time. I deeply recommend it.
App and website doesn’t work
It won’t allow me to create a photo book with my Facebook information which is weird because it has my Instagram info and I don’t use Facebook! Too many glitches. Great idea if it actually worked
Great idea but terrible process
I absolutely love their product and have ordered numerous times, however the website and order process is beyond terrible. Took me an hour to get through just the order process due to website glitches and then it charged me for a duplicate order!! Seems to be getting worst over the past two years... My social book please fix your website because we love the product so much

Poor and sad
Great idea for creating book from fb post but worst app/technology— I took me 5 tries to create a book finally when I was on the payment screen it asked me to validate email left the app to do that on my return my custom book disappeared— app asked to start new book after every click it kept loading— Chatbooks is much better it stores you work in progress. I’m sorry to say— I wasted my precious time on your stupid app.

Disappointed
I got one book ordered and loved it. However I can’t get it to open to order more. I hope it gets fixed.
My recent social book was a total rip off!
Wouldn't recommend it to Anyone!! You can do this for much less of a cost!!! Don't even waste your time and $$$$$
Crashed!
App was fun to use and I managed to easily design what I wanted. All good until I tried to checkout and then the app just repeatedly crashes and closes. Sort of pointless to push this app if you can't use it to actually order the product!

There must be something better!? I waisted too much time trying to take my pictures off of FB to no avail!!
Doesn't work
Tells me the app version is too old and to update it, but I just downloaded is 5 minutes ago. There's no other version.
