Admins can now sign in with their own credentials and view the app as any customer, to see exactly what that customer sees when helping them. Pick a customer from the new searchable list; a banner shows who you are viewing, and Exit takes you back to the list to pick someone else. Customer views are read-only apart from raising a service request on their behalf, and never touch the customer's password or login.
