This is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. The sketchy ones are even way better than this. This is useless. It’s like they offer you membership but they don’t want you to get it. I don’t even like rating apps but this one is worth wasting time for.
SUPER STRESSFUL APP
was forced to download this app by the clerks in sm batangas payless, I CAN SAY THIS IS THE MOST STRESSFUL APP AND SHOP. Ive been saying no about the promo or discounts inclusion but she keep insisting. Once I downloaded the app, it keeps loading and not working it took 15 minutes, or less but I don’t care time wasted already. PLS STOP THIS MADNESS ! RUINED MY DAY !

Cannot connect to the server
Was not even able to use this app. The store assistant even tried to help us. Tried using different networks for data connection, used wifi during sign up but still would not connect to the server. So useless.
The worst app
Made lots of purchases and used this app but it didn’t work 99 percent of the time! The store takes my account info and promised to manually credit points, but didn’t happen also.
Impossible to use
The app is never able to connect to the internet so it's impossible to use. I've tried connecting via WiFi and mobile 4G/5G and it always gives the error "Sorry, we are unable to connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again ".
This app shouldn’t exist. Touch Inputs don’t work
The touch inputs don’t work, the servers are always down, you can’t tap to activate the account.
I’ve never written a review before but this app is so bad its not worth the time I spent trying to get it to work.

Lousy
Before my lousy and unreliable samsung flip phone got destroyed, I tried to download the app on my new Iphone 14. 2 purchases at Loewe and my points were not in. SSI if you cannot fix your app why not bear the humiliation of just going manual. The luxury experience was a definite disappointment!
Unable to sign-up
Pls check why I am unable to sign-up to My SSI Life mobile app using my iphone. I keep encountering error message “Sign-up Error”. Thanks
Doesnt Work
If you are hoping to get points, forget about it! The app doesnt work.
Not giving me points
I had my account in the past but it said it no longer exists so I made a new one. Since the old account I had, points weren’t credited to my old account. With the new app, still, no points have been credited to my new account. I don’t think they still intend to credit the points to my account. I have made several follow-ups and still, nothing happened.

Does not even deserve 1 star
I installed then just uninstalled because I could not edit my profile info. Years of bad rating and the developer could not even be bothered to fix this trash of an app.

Rustan Group and its lousy apps
Both this SSife app and the Starbucks app are clunky, outdated, and not user friendly. Refresh all you want users, its like this app was completely abandoned. Shopping on it is useless. The Rustan group is Jurassic level in the digital world, they should just give up since they always try but always cut corners and end up short, luxury purveyors my foot.

A VERY BUGGY USELESS APP WITH NO DEVELOPER RESPONSE
I cannot create an account/profile. Even after the sales ladies help - i would always get a SIGNUP ERROR.
It’s a shame that a big reputable company cannot even make a good app. It’s 2022. I could understand if it was 5 or 10 yrs ago, but in 2022, that’s totally unacceptable.
Waste of time, waste of space in your phone/ipad. Better to delete the app.
SSI should just go back to plastic cards.
No responses from developers on all negative feedback. Seems like they abandoned this app already.
SSI seems to focus on selling to the boomers.
