Tandoori chicken
Yesterday I purchased tandoori chicken and after heating it in microwave it was smelling horrible. I regularly buy tandoori but this was my worst experience. I gave it away to street dogs. It looked that it was not washed before marinating. Absolutely un hygienic. Please look into the matter and respond to your 20 years regular customer.

Worst User interface and experience I have seen
Worst UI. Can’t order from the app. User experience is very poor. I don’t know what is use of this application when you have to go to store for purchase
Shopping list feature not working in iPhone 8plus
My shopping list shows 11 items added but when I open list it does not display items list

The new update has made the app worst, unable to open items, item list is ahh forget about it. just know that this latest update of your app is not working properly.

Offer not showing and if shows products wont be available on store
From last 2 months app is not showing offer (which changes in every 15 days) whereas on store counter staff says they are able to see and use. Most of the times products in offer not available in store
Good shopping experience.
Good range of products and an efficient billing system. The supervisory staff is very cooperative. However, the counter staff could benefit from some additional training and grooming.

Star Bazar is my favourite Shopping destination for Fruits, vegetables and Groceries. Now even I stopped buying from anywhere else. The prices are lowest amongst all other shops even local streets. Thanks TATA and STAR Bazar Team

Worst app and waste of time
They promoted this app saying you can see offers and buy , but after seeing there offers you spent time in adding items to cart in bill counter they say this is not items not working for your mobile number and nothing you in app is applicable to anyone after calling store manager he says issue with app it’s been 1 week , but still they are promoting the app for user to download and waste time in checking products. Useless app

Didn’t understood for what they have created this app. Only information of product and can generate list and don’t know what to do? Can’t order as well help is also useless. No information about the app is available.
