What is happening
I’ve used this app for years and now all of a sudden I can’t open things. It’s so frustrating.
What the… AD???
I so wanted to try this app, as I’d seen others using it. I downloaded it, with a few others, and then, life with a little one, so I only got to “check it out” today. However, there was little “checking it out”!! Open the app.. AN AD! Try to click TWO things to get a feel of the app, and look at options.. Not even adding anything.. And, once again, AN AD! Waiting, to try once more.. Just to click on an option to add something to try it out… AN AD!! Dear God! How could anyone use this app?? Let alone, figure out if they’d possibly want the premium version of it???? This is not an app for someone who’s failed anger management eight times! Ya’ll makin’ me go for the ninth!!! Perhaps, instead of making 75,000 apps, you work on fixing one! How many broken phones are there over this app???!!! Never have I seen one app with continuous ads! This is just awful!

A huge waste of time.
This app is not working, every time I try to upload a photo the app crashes. It’s very annoying as I already invested so much of my time to do my home inventory and I’m on the paid subscription. I tried contacting the support team but sending messages through the app is also not working.

Maybe a GLITCH?!?
I thought I really liked this app. I WAS digging it, UNTIL I HAD TO ENTER THE SAME WORDS/THINGS, over & over & over & OVER AGAIN, only to NOT SEE IT RECORDED!?!
Love the app!
Absolutely love the ease of the app! It is extremely user friendly, the only additional thing I would enjoy would be the option to add more than 1 photo to each item.
Lacking search functionality
I was hoping to use this to manage kids clothes and shoes. It won’t work because only the item name is searchable, any info in the details isn’t searchable. And you are limited in the number of characters in “Name”.
Also in the free version you have to watch a 5 second ad in between every action you are trying to take. I get that they need to monetize but it’s hard to even test if the app is worth buying.

Beware
The functionality of the app looks good. However, it is not syncing between IPone & Ipad, even after paying for the upgrade. So requested support 2 weeks ago & according to Auto Stamper my request is still being processed!!!
I couldn’t export my stuff
After my mother died during COVID-19, I purchased this app in order to inventory and share her belongings with relatives we couldn’t see due to social distancing so that we could decide what each family member wanted. After weeks spent cataloguing her belongings, I tried to export one of the larger collections and it completely failed. I reached out to support for help but they have not responded in days. It is hugely disappointing to me that I have wasted all this time when I am grieving and I can’t even expect the simple courtesy of an update from their support team.

Subscription not working
I’ve subscribed this app for one year period, but it still shows ads and limits using more categories after 3days free trial period.
Close to my need
Pretty close to what I’d like to have to track my stuff. Need adaptation to iPad. Confidence that data could be used between devices. Price that I could sell stuff. And better design.
