Too many adds
You can’t play non stop. It takes the products too long to be delivered. Watching add each box of delivery is very time consuming. Nothing to do while the things are being delivered:( shelves are empty so no gameplay. Maybe one add for all delivery would be a solution. And like everyone is saying here – too many adds everywhere. I don’t even see a reason of buying more fridges/shelves as there are always not enough products for them. They are sold faster than delivered.

Slow shelver and cashier
My Supermarket Simulator 3D is good game for the starting but when you reach level 20-30 it becomes too difficult and time taking to restock everything because the shelver takes to much time even after full upgrade and same for the cashier , please add extra cash counter or extra shelver if possible and i have an idea what if this building has a another floor for new different products and another cash counter , shelver it will be very exciting to play if possible , please look into the matter

Get the Bug Spray!
I like this game, but it is ad heavy with the ads frequently interrupting gameplay. Lately, the ads are making the game go buggy. For example, tonight, I am playing the game and trying to place a grocery order. If you watch an ad, you get a 25% discount on the cost of the order. I want the discount, it helps you out a lot. I click to watch the ad and get that discount. The ad plays a few seconds and then I am abruptly kicked out of the app. I restart the app, but after the logos for the game producers, I get a blank screen for a minute, and then I am allowed to restart gameplay. I go to the screen to complete my order and it’s gone, deleted like I had never entered it. All the work to create the order is wasted. The first couple of times this happened, I redid the order and was successful in watching the ad, collecting my discount and placing my order. Then came the times where the ad would kick me out of the app while I was trying to collect the discount on the orders I had to redo. Not cool. So, why am I writing a review for what should be a report to the game company? Because when I had previous issues with a different bug, I never received any feedback, not even a “thank you for your report “. Again, I like the game, so three stars instead of five, because of the aggravation of the bugs.

You end up playing the ads, not the game
The game is good, but the sheer volume of ads completely ruins the experience. Every few seconds, you're forced to watch an ad, completely breaking the flow and taking away any enjoyment.
It feels like you spend more time watching advertisements than actually playing the game. Constant ads and forced interruptions make it feel pushy rather than entertaining. Unplayable.

Need to sell/remove collectible items in my store, pls make them sellable
Please allow us to sell the fish tank, penguin, Christmas tree, all collectible and unsellable items, pls allow us to sell them so we can make money to buy food for our stores or sell to other players or maybe even HUGE STORE EXPANSION, using in game money and somewhere to put the collectible items in my store…it is now in the way and I’m unable to place shelves/freezers in its place due to them being unsellable. Pls make these items sellable or give us a new area to place all collectible items that are now unsellable.
To be players or players saying they’re barely making money in this game, learn or write down what food(s) earn you the most money. If your money is too low, gradually start collecting the items that will make you the most money. Store these items, not on the shelves and not where your workers can come and pick them up. Just slowly start collecting the items that makes you the most money. You can keep your items sorted neatly, you can stack them maybe on the basketball court, or even in a messy stack but maybe keep the milk with the milk stack, etc so it’s not so hard to find them. Maybe even learn what areas of the street the workers will not go to take your food items, this also helps.

Used to be able to have cashiers and self checkout. Now you have to worry too much about the checkout line. Took away the fun of the game and made it annoying. Update says smoother than ever, straight up lies

I had this game a while ago & I purchased the pack to not have ads & now I have ads. Also, I was in a higher level & now I have to start from the beginning!!! I tried restoring purchase & nothing happens. Contacted support on the app & never received the email they said I would.

There are too many ads. It was ok at first but the ads get to a point where I don’t want to play anymore.

I just came across this game last night and have been playing it this morning to tell you how it’s been on my mind. It’s so much fun and addicting to see how your business can grow. There are ads, which I paid to have removed but were balling now. A question I have though is how energy is obtained. I got it once, spent it, and haven’t gotten it back, maybe it was from watching ads?

Way many ads
The game is fun but the number of frequent ads is insane and makes the game unplayable also be aware for kids as some ads promotes nudity, these admins are clueless or could be evil letting this kind of ads through their games
Ads are Unbearable
Extremely addictive game, really fun and I’ve played for hours. The ads make it unbearable and you are forced to either pay to get rid of them, or accept that a minute long ad runs every 30 seconds. Besides that, this game is one of the best simulator games I’ve played in a long time. Easy to get addicted to. Only other complaint is that the end of the game happens pretty quickly. Easy to buy everything and max it out
