How do I get player upgrades my girlfriend has it on her account and we don’t know how she got and I’m just lost on how to

I have been playing for about a yr now, and I love it, just wish it had the options at the start to be able to carry multiple boxes at once, and the other option is to have a house or apartment to make it as your working, and you have your own place. But very fun and addictive!

don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this game but there’s too many ads. i’d be okay w a few here and there but this is a lot which is why I don’t play this game very often. other than that I have no complaints :))
Almost perfect!
I love this game! I only have one complaint. I watch reward ads a lot and unlike most games that let you skip the ad after 10 seconds when you frequently watch them, this one makes you watch the full ad, which always at least a minute. Other than that, 10/10

Needs updates
Great game just definitely needs more updates, I do enjoy this game but gets a little repetitive just hoping you guys can pay a little more attention to this!

Really fun game idea, needs lots improvement.
First off, too many ads like others have mentioned. Even after paying for the mandatory regular game ads to be removed, to get anything done and enjoy your time, you spend it all watching ads to do so. Second, even after paying to open up all of the product licenses available the game does not move its self along in a relative way. You can make your store, your products, your storage room, as open as possible, the game does not advance at all. The same amount of customers visit and you only can make a certain amount of money each day. Third, the ‘town’ you are in is setup for good game expansion but there is none. Other stores to visit maybe? The truck out front for deliveries? There’s the room for it but it still nothing. The game needs updated in a big way and not just adding summer decor items. My take away; after playing for awhile and opening all advancements possible, the game doesn’t change at all. Will probably stop playing soon because there is no advancement to be had.

Having this problem where the extra customer spots for waiting at the register are stuck at 4! I have bought all the register upgrades( months ago) and the capacity upgrades (months ago).

I paid 15$ for the Elite and Pro packs but I still get interrupt with ads ??? It’s just randomly pop up?
My sparkly people are gone!!! They scammed me
I bought the season pass and was delighted with my sparkly people who came in and made big grocery orders.
And according to my understanding, they should be in my game throughout the duration of the event after buying the season pass, but they disappear disappeared after a single day, and my pass is still active, and I feel totally gypped. I want a refund, I didn’t receive the goods that I had paid for, where are my sparkly people?
I even reached out to support and I’ve emailed them twice and I have yet to hear anything back as of a week later. I’ll probably be disputing the charge through Apple now. Which is honestly a shame because I really liked this game, and I thought it was worth the investment until i didn’t recieve my product

Add every 60 seconds
Adds every 60seconds have to pay $10 to remove and that was 1/2 price so normally $20nzd to remove adds . Not worth playing .
The shelver!!!
Please for god sakes make the shelver put things where I have already had a tag!! I don’t need four shelves of memu milk sir! I like things color coded but if he gets to it first I now have to take what he put off & put what I need there. I have hired and fired him 50 times within 3 days. I’m dangerously close to being addicted to this game but he’s keeping me hair shy. THE SHELVER. We need more decorations too. Please and thank you. 🤭

Too many ads smh
This game is so much fun but all the stupid ads ruin it. Like why are there multiple ads disrupting the game every couple of minutes?!?!?!?!
Got boring
I actually like this game but probably will not play again until they start releasing more store space and licences on the regular . It gets boring and non challenging

Tá com uns bugs horrorosos com as caixas no modo transporte de 5: fecham sem fechar, não entram nas prateleiras do estoque em sequência e não dá pra pegar mais de uma caixa das mesmas prateleiras. Sistema iOS. Também precisa aumentar o tamanho da loja: tô no nível máximo e é impossível dar conta dos clientes VIPs.

Held back by Ads
First and foremost, paying for “Remove All Ads” actually only removes random ads that appear while playing.
Any ads from every action that requires ads still plays them.
On top of this, a third of the screen is dominated by buttons and icons that try to sell you cosmetic dlc and premium currency.
It’s a tragic part of App Store games that pushing for more money from users is the norm rather than asking a fair price for a good product.
I had hoped paying for the remove all ads would make it an okay alternative to the PC version of this type of game, but item delivery is timegated behind ads or premium currency, in game prices are inflated unless you watch an ad to get a 25% discount on every order and overall it’s just exhausting to deal with.

Laggy
Graphics and controls will work for a minute and then cut out whenever it tries to load a new ad or banner ad. You will get stuck staring at the ceiling or floor and cant move. Ads every 30 seconds. Maybe if they didn’t run so many ads the game would work but right now it is so frustrating.
