Frustrating glitch keeps happening where last customer can’t receive plate/dish so keeps failing the level! Wasted all the energy because of this glitch. Please fix and reimburse energy

I was making sushi and then I gave it to the lady and then it did not let me I got mad and left the game (please fix this).then I did not play the game in a year.then I got back on and it did not show me how to make the sushi and I missed all the orders and I left the game again
