It won't let me do anything until I get the premium like anything I can’t do a single crest button to talk to my dog it says to upgrade premium

Does not work
I just purchased this for a year and it is terrible. It gets hung up and just doesn’t work. You put a picture in and there is no way to record. I am good in g to try to get my 9.99 back.
