I really enjoy being able to monitor my charging without having to go physically check the charger in the garage.
Does what it needs to
Basic app, works well for what its purpose is which is to easily monitor my EV charging in real-time. The scheduling feature is useful.

Might have been bad but seems like it’s been improved and up to scratch now.
Woeful
This app is probably the worst thing about owning an EV. The charger is often off-line for no apparent reason. No matter what you do you can’t get it back online. You’re basically just have to wait a few days and then it becomes back online. I don’t know if it’s my charger, but it’s probably this app. Everything about this app is user unfriendly. I’ve had the app now and the charger for 18 months and I haven’t recognised a single update to the app.

Close to useless
Do you ever update this stuff? This is the most shockingly useless app I’ve tried to use. Nothing is ‘smart’.
Poor usability
Need to reconnect every time you use it, even if was used 30 seconds ago. Periodically cannot find device.
