I request Telenor company. Like other companies Jazz Ufone Zong have created family bundles for their prepaid users, through which you can add three or five members in a single bundle, Telenor should come out with such a bundle for its users. I hope my words will be heeded.

This app is so good but there is a big issue in buying internet most of the internet are from 6 to 6 or 1 to 9 am and also internet offers are so less

Digital scammers
These days the network is worst of its kind. Hidden charges are deducted. The network say 4G but hardly loads a YouTube short video. Packages are expensive and mostly the money is wasted at the end all resources are wasted.
Incompetent Customer Support
Charged me money to reload my balance, and I never received the balance but they charged money from my bank account. When I contacted the customer support, they were completely unhelpful, and only kept telling me to call my bank. Iβm switching over to a different carrier and I recommend everyone else to do the same.

The worst network in the country
Telenor has the worst network and the worst customer service in the country. Even this app, although nice in some ways, has annoying limitations like not being able to cancel subscriptions from the app. You have to use their frustratingly slow helpline system which ignores your requests and keeps billing you for months. When your postpaid bill exceeds your credit limit while you are roaming in another country, your number gets blocked, then you cannot even pay your bill through the app! You cannot even download your bill! What a fraudulent scam.
Everyone: Ditch Telenor and switch to a different network as soon as possible.

Subscribed to a international package and when I dialed the international number it claims I do not have the feature to dial the international number. This is a big scam.
