Doesn’t work :(

Linked my Tesla account then when opening the app it just stays on the opening screen. Only way to reset it is to delete the app and start again.Have written to the developer but had no response. Waste of money.

Don’t understand

Tried to connect via VIN number. Says “VIN is invalid or vehicle not compatible with Bluetooth communication”. My car 2020 model X. Tried to contact developer. Takes you to website that is no longer functioning.
