Do NOT order from this company. She has kept money from orders she has not fulfilled and will not respond to emails. It has been 4 months since I ordered and no contact. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered back in June. Have multiple screen shots of them saying I could get a refund. They are moving, they are trying or whatever. I spent 70$. It’s been 4 months with no response. No refunds. Don’t buy from this seller. She is stealing everyone’s money. Looks like she had made lots of money off of people and just blocked off her site so no one can get any money back. Truly sad.

I have had two orders that were put in, in JANUARY and February that she only sent half of the items to me!!! I have reached out multiple times and NO response. She has stolen my money & has not given a refund. She is a terrible business owner. She knows she’s stealing, that’s why she is taking all of her comments off on social media! DO NOT order from her.

Placed my order July 25. I have emailed MTLH, left a message on YouTube, sent messages to IG & TT. Zero reply. It’s ridiculous that my order is nearly $100 and I can’t get even a tad bit of response from owner. At this point I need an update as to when the order will ship as it contains Halloween items. It’s quite disappointing.

I bought 2 sweatshirts for over $100.00 in February. Have not received them. I have reached out a million times. Now the email address doesn’t existed, tried another email same thing. App won’t open. But I keep getting text messages to buy more stuff!!!! Owner can post on her TikTok and filter her comments but can’t get back to customers that have been loyal for 3 years. Absolutely disgusting.
