this is ridiculous sort out the connection

why dose the mall not connect to the other games? the characters do not show on the game. you cannot drive the cars without being taken to the “my town home” game. this glitch may only be on ipad (which from the reviews i have read it seems like it is). can i have a refund or some sort of explanation please? this is disgraceful.
