Expensive
As A savvy shopper I always check for the best price when making an expensive purchase .I bought a large dry robe for £148 which was too big so immediately called the company to explain and then sent it back for exchange for a medium (£152 at the time of original purchase) which cost £6.50 postage
Didn’t hear anything back from Triathalon so phoned to find out status after a couple of weeks .
They said I should have had an email as there was extra to pay . I couldn’t find that e mail but agreed to pay on the phone as it was a present which was now late . I presumed it would be for £4 as at the time of original purchase that was the price .
When I looked at my bank statement I had paid another £17 which was rather a shock .
So to exchange for a smaller size cost me £23 .50 ! My savvy shop was not to be !
