🙏 Namaste Keith, and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback — I want to address each of your points directly because I think there's a real gap between what you experienced and what MyTRT is built to do. It's a medical-first app, not a body-builder tool, and I'd love the chance to show you that. On tracking single-dose vials: Vials in MyTRT are fully configurable — you set the total volume (mL), the concentration (mg/mL), and the dose amount per injection. If you're using a single-dose vial, just enter the vial's volume as your dose amount and the app will treat it as a one-and-done. The schedule engine supports weekly, every-X-days, and alternating-week protocols, so once-weekly or twice-monthly single-dose regimens are first-class. Each injection is logged as an individual DoseRecord with timestamp, mg/mL amounts, and injection site — exactly what you'd want for a clinical record. If something about the Add Vial flow made this unclear, that's a UX bug I want to fix; could you tell me where you got stuck? On sharing data with your physician: This is a core feature, not an afterthought. MyTRT generates shareable cards for: (1) individual lab panels (LabShareCard), (2) side-by-side lab comparisons over time (LabComparisonShareCard), (3) your TRT cycle summary (CycleShareCard), and (4) your full journey log (JourneyShareService). Each renders a clean visual you can AirDrop, email, or print for an appointment. They're accessible from the share button on any lab result, the labs comparison view, and the profile screen. If you'd like a CSV/PDF export pipeline as well, that's good signal — I'll prioritize it. On the "designed for body builders" framing: Respectfully, the data model tells a different story. MyTRT tracks 40+ clinical biomarkers across testosterone (total/free/bioavailable, SHBG, estradiol, DHT), pituitary (LH, FSH, prolactin), CBC with hematocrit/hemoglobin polycythemia alerts, full lipid panel, thyroid (TSH, fT3, fT4), liver, kidney (eGFR, creatinine, BUN), PSA, and inflammation markers. The Apple Watch has a dedicated Hematocrit Alert complication with thresholds at 48/50/52/54% — that's a safety feature for low-T patients, not bodybuilders. Lab PDFs are auto-extracted via AI so you don't manually type values. The Mira AI assistant has explicit safety rails that block dosing advice and refer users to their prescriber. There's a medical disclaimer on first launch, a TRT clinic directory, and lab-scheduling reminders. The exercise/meal plan features are optional add-ons, not the product's center. I hear you that something about your experience didn't surface this. That's on me to fix in onboarding.
