Pick any protocol — 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or extended 24h / 48h / 72h fasts and a custom length up to 7 days — and mark it as water, juice, bone broth, or intermittent. A Live Activity keeps your elapsed time and current stage on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, with stage and goal notifications as you cross each milestone. Forgot to start it? Edit the start time and everything recalculates. Every finished fast is saved to a full history with edit and delete, plus charts for streaks, total hours, average length, completion rate, and a protocol/type breakdown. New Fasting widget + a redesign of every widget. There's a brand-new Fasting Timer widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen with a live count-up timer, progress toward your goal, and your current metabolic stage. And the whole widget family — Next Dose, Streak, Water, Vials, Weekly Stats, Meals, and Workouts — was rebuilt with a cohesive dark "Velvet Glass" look that matches the app, with deep velvet gradients, aurora accents, and cleaner typography. No more mismatched colors. Redesigned injection site map. Recording where you injected is far clearer now. Front and back anatomical body figures replace the old abstract map, with male and female figures to choose from, in a larger, zoomed layout that's easy to read and tap. Mark supplements as taken. Supplements now work just like your vials — log a dose straight from the Supplements list with one tap, and the list uses the same sorting controls as your vials. Your own calorie & macro goals. A new Calorie & Macro Goals screen (Profile → Calorie & Macro Goals) lets you set your daily calorie target and your carbs / protein / fat split — and your food diary tracks against it. You can also adjust your macros right from the diary. Lab reminders, refreshed. The lab reminder screens got a calmer, cleaner redesign — a live countdown to your next panel, one-tap scheduling, and quick booking with your lab provider. Reliability & performance.
