Wrong timing
This app was useful before update.
Not accurate
Before the app was updated, it use dot be accurate in its timeline. Now, it’s too often indicating the wrong time. I can no longer rely on it, as I’ve been missing my bus in the morning. So frustrating.

Used to be great
Not sure what changed but this app is no longer accurate or tracking correctly. Disappointing.

This app shows a lot of alerts with no date or time How can I change the settings I would like to see only alerts I need
Why is this so hard
Why can we not get an app that actually shows where the street cars are? This works sometimes, most of the time it doesn’t. this shouldn’t be this difficult.
It not the app fault
Something the bus can be delay why are you blaming this app have you even think of traffic or a disputed customer?
App is behind
Lately on iOS its been late/behind the bus track. My bus would arrive sooner than what the app says its at. It’s been like this for the past month or so. And i end up missing the bus.

rushing out the door to catch a bus and it came 10 minutes later then it should have. Also, why is places in America popping up on the map. Yes, ttc transit can get you to Pennsylvania. Its ridiculous.

App not loading
Love the app, very easy to use. Today s was hen I opened the app, nothing was loading, this is the first I’ve encountered this issue. I’m not the only one as my friend has same issue. Nowhere in the app does it give you the option to report an issue or to contact you. Can you please look into this. Much appreciated.

Was not working properly
Everytime I was trying to find one station it never appeared. Only the ones from USA….! If My TTC is from Toronto (a Canadian App) why the results were from another country? I had to look for the postal code and digit it to finally find the station. On rush time it was an stressful situation.
Useless
Right 2/10 times, never updates so buses that are meant to be at the stop arnt. 2 ghost buses past me so i ended up staying at the stop an extra half an hour. Update these apps

All of the TTC apps are never accurate, maybe 50% of the time they are on time

App was reliable and then just stopped working with data. Useless now.
