Works great! Easy interface with lots of information!
I was a little worried about using the app after seeing the other review but it looks like the update fixed everything! I was able to check-in online, enter my passport info and view my bill and other information. The only thing that would be a nice feature is if I could use the app to open my room - I understand that the necessary infrastructure has to be in place though. Otherwise I’m totally happy with my stay and the app itself!

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback! Yes, the digital key is related to hardware, however as we renovate or build new hotels and resorts the feature is available more and more. We plan on developing the apps features even for next year so hopefully we will impress you once again :) Regards

Love my stay here and I couldn’t wait to use this app. Unfortunately, it’s a big disappointment. It doesn’t recognize my reservation at all, thus making it useless. Just go see the travel planner and ask about trips and what not. This app is not at all representative of this resort or the amazing people working here. Hopefully this can be upgraded.
