Works for me!
I’ve been using the My Venture app for years now, making bookings and collecting Me-Vees! I’ve enjoyed plenty of goodies over the years. It’s rare for me to have any problems with the app at all… A failure to scan a receipt maybe… but no complaints from me.

We love visiting the Venture restaurants, particularly Bianco and Empire. The rewards points are exciting to collect for us tourists as they never run out of date. So when you only visit 5-6 times a year you can still accumulate a good amount.
The one thing that is disappointing is the birthday reward as a tourist unless you are very lucky you never get the benefit as it’s only for a few days either side of your birthday and if you are not holidaying in Tenerife at the time you lose it
It would be great if this lasted a calendar year.

Bottomless brunch
Once again a fantastic afternoon at Empire, food was amazing the staff here are so attentive nothing too much trouble, we love this place and visit many times when we are in Tenerife, Bottomless brunch Definately not to be missed…

Hard to beat. We ate yesterday. Staff are superb. Nori looked after us and another lovely guy. It’s a joy to visit Bloom. It’s the best

Disappointed
Went for lunch at Bloom yesterday and unfortunately the tuna poke bowl was not as we’ve had on lots previous occasions. The tuna was cooked and tasted pickled. Couldn’t taste any dressing. Normally it’s served raw and looking fresh but this tuna was very small grey chunks. Disappointed to say the least.

I’ve tried to sign up, but it freezes on the page you enter your mobile number. If I then select bookings on the tab at the bottom it exits the app. Please sort this
