I was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Nicholson was very patient with me, she did not make me feel rushed at all. She spent a lot of time asking questions and addressing my concerns.

Ready to toss anything but in person visits which defeats the purpose. I can go to a PCP for that

There are quite a few non working parts to this app. It’s a little frightening to know that my health info is accessed from something so full of easily spotted flaws.
Appointment Disappointment
Appointment always error out while trying to confirm. I’ve had to call the office to schedule, which isn’t a problem but for me but isn’t working as intended.
Can’t sign in
I have had nothing but issues with this app. Website drives you to the app and you can’t sign in. Resetting password doesn’t help either.
