Verizon Business is a scam
I don’t say this lightly. Discounts and refunds were promised. Changes to our plan, resulting in higher fees, were made without consent. Calls to Verizon Business support “mysteriously” disconnected three times in a row after requesting an escalation to the supervisor. Calls to dispute the charges were transferred from the Business department to the Consumer department due to “lack of staff,” then transferred back to the Business department when they couldn’t help me, where account authentication “mysteriously” failed repeatedly. I have spent hours—hours—verifying my account with agents only to be disconnected. I authenticate the account and have to get transferred. The next agent has to authenticate again. A TCC (Verizon reseller) agent moved our Consumer account to Business, which cancelled all our plan discounts. When I asked to dispute a charge, they said we were on our own with Verizon. They can sell Verizon, but apparently can’t support Verizon customers. Verizon is doing just fine financially; if they wanted to, they could adequately staff their Business department. But that is not a priority. The priority of Verizon and TCC is to charge as much as they can get away with and avoid any accountability for their actions.
I say this as someone who is reasonably satisfied with their Verizon Consumer wireless account: Verizon Business is a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

It says 24hr support on the app but when you call you talk to a computer or ai . If you’re having issues after hours you get no help just recommendations on what to do.

The newest version of Verizon Business on the app will simply lead to error each time a log in is attempted, and entrance will have to be accomplished through the internet instead. The app sucks, and there is no other manner to communicate that condition to Verizon Wireless.
Credits
I come over from T-Mobile in Feb 2026. I was over charge multiple months and the store manager agree to this overcharges. I spoke to the business account manager Gabriel and he also agreed to this overcharges. I was supposed to get credited over $2900 since April. It’s July 15 and still waiting for my credits . I got a few emails from Gabriel acknowledging and telling me my credit should be applied soon. I’m STILL WAITING…

Literally the glitchiest app I’ve ever used
This is *literally* the worst app I’ve ever used. It constantly glitches, isn’t user friendly, and signs me out constantly. I went to sign in again after being kicked out and once I got all signed in, went to another screen and had to sign in AGAIN. On top of that, it’s extremely slow. I’ve had to click multiple times on a selection just for it to pull it up. Passkeys never save on top of everything else. I’ve had free game apps work better than this!

Embarrassing App
Worst app I have downloaded from an even semi reputable company. Nothing you click on works, 5 minute waits, search results incorrect… etc.. Embarrassing for a cellular provider. Does it make me want to upgrade my phone? No. It is a Verizon issue, it makes me want to switch providers.. Not to mention the phone call to ask a single question ending up in 20-30 mins of trying to transfer me to different sales associates to make some extra money

Total support prevention
I downloaded the app, opened it, and clicked the link to login. It immediately gave me a “forbidden“ error. I found a different page to login then clicked the button as usual to send a text message for verification. I opened the text clicked the link clicked allow clicked submit and saw the page saying account verification successful. I went back to the app and it kept me on the same page, not having received the account verification. I went back to try and login again, and it simply froze on the login page.
Unfortunately, this is very typical of any experience. I’ve had logging into Verizon‘s website. They make it just about impossible to find what you need, and even more so to get any support.

Horrible experience with the Verizon Business app.
Chatting with live agents is extremely frustrating. The app keeps crashing or ending the session, and there is no easy way to access the same chat again. Every time this happens, I have to start over and explain the same issue again and again to a new agent.
This is especially bad for business customers, where support issues often require time, context, and continuity. The app should keep the chat history, allow users to reconnect to the same session, and not force customers to repeat everything from the beginning.

Can’t even complete a simple upgrade. Painful.
Bad costumer service
I moved to Verizon 6 months ago with the promise to pay $25 a line for 4 lines and home internet for 50 my first bill was $1,300 I call they said pay will refund next bill $400 pay will refund today is the 7 month I call ask to talk to a supervisor who I the middle of the conversation hang up it’s like every person is just trying to get the money for their company not to help the people. 6/17/26 update I try to pay off my phone at the Verizon store they won’t let me because it’s a business account Today I tried to do it on the phone they hang up on me

Increasing bill on loyalty customers
I have many devices through verizon. You call me a loyalty customer but you raise our bill for the hell of it. That’s not how to thank your customers for their loyalty.
