I am using for the past few years every time when I come to Romania but this time, I’ll switch to Orange.
Every time it gets me 6 euro but it still tells me that my credit is gone! So, I’ll need to go and start fresh with another sim.
I can’t log in from USA or from Romania, either. They charge you 2.5 euro to talk to them.

The app doesn’t allow you to change the language to your preferred language, it’s only in Romanian, no english or any other language, very disappointing…

Complet inutilă
Un “rahat” de aplicație, complet inutila, în aplicație am cost suplimentar 0 (zero) euro iar pe factura apar 77 lei in plus fata de cat plătesc normal. In schimb imi baga pe gat tot felul de oferte inutile și irelevante față de interesele mele. Rușine Vodafone Romania.

Atentie la credit
Cei mai mari hoti dintre retelele mobile. Astazi mi-au FURAT in adevaratul sensal cuvantului 4,4 euro din credit, eu neutilizand nimic si telefonul fiind conectat si la wifi din casa. Rusine Vodafone Romania,faceti orice este posibil pentru a fura creditul de pe cartele in roming.
Plina de reclame.
Nici nu mai poti accesa Cost Control. Doar reclame si promotii inutile. Niste incompetenti ahtiati dupa rezultate pe termen scurt in detrimentul loializarii clientilor pe termen lung.

Prea complicata
Comparativ cu alti operatori, complicat de găsit informațiile importante. In loc ca meniul principal sa arate creditul, pachetele activate și cost control, e plin de oferte și promoții. Asistentul e inutil. Iar la încărcare, a dispărut 0.01centi ceea ce face restul de 0.99 inutili pentru că nu poți alege sa încarci cu cât vrei.

Stay away from Vodafone Romania
Stay away from Vodafone Romania.
First, the app is not friendly at all. I have a prepaid number that I can't add to my Vodafone account ( I received an error that said the number is not active in the network) even though in the settings of my account, I have that number. I had to confirm the number by receiving a code on that number.
The functionality of the app doesn't let you do much and it's complicated to see how much data, minutes SMS etc you used or have. Heaps of ads that are not important in trying to sell your stuff.
Second, customer service on prepay ( I don’t have a plan with them because you need to sign a 2-year contract to have a plan… and yeah no other option of a plan without a 2-year contract) is rubbish.
I’ve talked 3 times with customer service and asked for help with the issue I mentioned above and nobody tried to help. They promised to call back and make sure things were sorted but never called. The bigger issue is that people in Vodafone shops don’t know about the prepaid service offered by Vodafone and they can’t help you… probably too busy trying to sell plans and helping people doesn't bring them bonuses and $$$.
I am on my way to another carrier in the next few days.
Conclusion, stay away from Vodafone or my Vodafone.

App doesnt’t work
If you don’t sign in often enough or everyday, the app won’t load. It keeps showing the logo loading. You have to remove and download it again and log in. I only use it to pay online.

1. totul se afiseaza in reluare in aceasta aplicatie 2. cand reusesti sa intri in chat cu un operator, te pune sa dai detalii despre cand ai incarcat, ce oferta ai samd de parca ai fi un strain - pai bai cretinilor, daca eu ma autentific cu user, parola, nr tel, biometrics, la ce ma mai puneti inca o data sa ma verificati, cand aveti toate dovezile ca eu care tastez in aplicatie sunt acelasi cu posesorul numarului de telefon?

Poor consistency
The most important thing as everyone might agree is to see your invoices and your plan’s details. Only once in the past 5 months the app has been showing my account’s details, the rest of the time is only showing general info, lots of pointless advertising and the only thing about my account that you’d be able to see is my user name and phone number. Can’t understand the lack of inconsistency, mainly since I’ve seen my account’s details at some point.

written by wannabe developers, with zero usability, and zero scalability. this app works 10 days per year the rest you’re stuck on a red screen with no possibility to make sense of it. The self described developers have absolutely no clue on how to leverage face recognition, how to send credentials and how to receive the authorization during authentication. They also think that asking for redundant authentication artifacts makes for a secure app … honestly, this is a perfect example of what an app shouldn’t be.
