Sorry you thought it was suppose to down load voice mails. My website explains that. It even tells you to automatically get voicemails without the app. All it does is simplifies voicemail login process. However lets say your voicemail is full. What this also does is repeatedly deletes a number of voicemails. Did that because got tired of sitting there pressing the 7 key each time I wanted to delete 20 messages. This app does it for you. You can go to whatifapps.net and it will tell you how to use the app John
