The app doesn’t work. Can’t even set up log in without it saying “oops, error “ glad I didn’t get to where I put money in it

I’m unable to get into the app. It just gives me a server error message. I haven’t been able to use this app in months and I’m still paying for it and there’s no way to cancel. I contacted the car wash company and they never responded. It’s a scam.

Bought this and have not been able to use it since it wouldn’t let me log in then I finally get everything going and when I try to login it says problem with the server so I guess what I spent $40 for one car wash
