App keeps crashing
How does this have 5 stars??? The reviews are awful!
Anyway, I installed the app on my iPhone. It opens but it crashes when I try to see my upcoming deliveries.

There’s always something
I was trying to enable an automatic payment option but it always turns off. Also it somehow switching between my addresses by itself. And now I can’t go through Home Screen in the app. This is such a basic app shouldn’t be so challenging
New Company Nowhere Near As Good :(
I hate to jump on the bandwagon and give bad reviews for the new service, but I’ve had more problems in the past 3 months of this new delivery service than I had in the past several years of the old one. (I’m in New Orleans, not sure how the app and the delivery service are connected for other areas FYI). The skipped a delivery that I had gotten a message would be delivered that day and didn’t reschedule it. So now my subscription is a month off and I have to manually add deliveries which I get a message may incur extra fees. And then it pushes my next delivery off by another month instead of just keeping it as I get a delivery every month. They also add a bottle deposit every month. So in effect, you are paying for twice as many bottles as you have until they credit your account. The old driver was super friendly and could text me directly. The new one seems really overworked and frazzled and I almost feel bad he has to come to my house. If it doesn’t get better I’ll be looking into alternatives.

New App SUCKS!
The “manage deliveries” feature does not properly update my order + does not remove products I have deleted. I remove, then go back to the delivery and the deleted product is still in the order. The old app was superior.
DO NOT USE
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. They don’t care if your deliveries aren’t right or get double charged for the cooler rental. Almost impossible to get a hold of a real person to try and even resolve it. Then when you finally do, they won’t even help you. Horrible experience, would not recommend!
