My client received a call stating she would receive a $50 gift card for using an in home colon cancer screening test. She was told if she also completed tasks she would receive a max amount of $200 for the year. It’s been over 90 days so I reached out to inquire about the $50 gift card and I was told she can only receive max of $200 from her tasks. I don’t think it’s fair for her to be promised a $50 gift card and her insurance billed almost $600 for the test. She should have received this $50 separately from her tasks. This needs to be addressed because any other preventative tasks were not included in her $200 max task amount. She’s going to be switching insurance carriers because the elderly really depend on the rewards for their meds or extra food, or toiletries.

I love this app!

Never have I ever been rewarded for going to the doctor and keeping up with my health, until this app! Before I was earning point towards gift cards rewards. The app stop working for a little bit (couldn’t log in) and now I just reconnected and it has even better rewards. You actually earn money for doctor visits and preventive care. I do wish it was a digital gift card, it’s 2025 we shouldn’t be wasting plastic on something that can be completely digital. But hey can’t win them all. But so thankful for this app. 🙌🏾

Lame app!!

Won’t accept member #, not the one on the card nor the “secret” # that we only found out about after having difficulty with getting a service paid for. WellCare by HealthNet is all round garbage!!! Changing next year.

Useless app!

Logged in with “secret” member # never on mbr card. And once logged in you can’t do anything with the app. It lists out what you can do. No hot links and the close button doesn’t do anything either.

Used not found/error codes/Update!!!!

This has been extremely frustrating trying to get rewards for my client but I stayed up for 3 hours to troubleshoot on my own. If you receive WellCare as part of your Medicare, you will put your Medicare number in the member id field. But, on your Medicare card, the number is separated by dashes (-) but I’m sure majority of us tried using the WellCare number, which will give a “user not found message.” You will enter your Medicare number without the dashes (-) because it will give you an error code or member not found. No spaces also between the numbers. I was able to get a $50 gift card for my client after troubleshooting. I really hope this helps someone out and this is used to help clients calling in who can’t access their account. I was able to receive a welcome message after entering the code sent to the email address on my client’s account.

No Compliance

This app has been very fussy from the get go, but I kept it for possible convenience. It’s useful to track certain health activities, but there’s always a problem that seem to occur. Collected 2 of 3 rewards, but with hurdles. #3 seems “Unattainable”. Have balance but can’t collect on e-card nor physical card. The “CONTACT (call)” option doesn’t work anymore, there’s no link to send msgs (ie..email or chat) & the actual “App Support” listed above links you to an application to sign up your job’s company to use as a tool. My personal info is linked to this app….all the roadblocks and/or brick walls, make this app’s developer(s) seem very shady. Looking for help….pls reach out, but not just with the general or “A.I.” response.

Doesn't Work

Nothing works!

Finally got into the app after finding out that they don’t use the member number on their card. Now they say I can’t get in because my email address is already used. It’s my email! It’s not used by anyone but me!
