Easy to use on the go. Bill pay, transfer of funds, reconciling accounts are easier with the app and feels more secure than accessing Westfield Bank via a browser.

CANT USE JUST FOR LOAN PAYMENT
I got the app hoping I could use it to quickly and conveniently pay my car loan, but if you don’t have a checking/savings account with Westfield, you cannot use the app at all. Very unfortunate.

Really tired of having to put both passwords in 7 weeks after opening my accounts!! It’s ridiculous!!
User Friendly/ Aesthetically Pleasing
Westfield has updated their app and it gets better every time.
No way to deposit a check online?
This new version of the mobile app is not good. The print is too small to read and there is no way to deposit a check online. Please fix this.
Worst banking app ever
This app constantly gets stuck, doesn’t let you see images of checks cashed out of your accounts, and is just plain clunky in both design and performance. Really regret changing banks because of how poor Westfield’s online banking runs.
Mobile deposit is a failure
Ever since their holiday closure message regarding fund’s availability using mobile deposit, mobile deposit has not worked. There is not an acknowledgement button or any other way to proceed beyond that screen (which is now complete blank) and a dead end. I have called support a few times and no one has been helpful and their doesn’t seem to be a process in place to address/remedy this problem. As an online bank this is extremely disappointing.

Mostly functional, design is poor and does not run smoothly
Great App, needs to be more modern.
The Westfield Bank app is great. Everything within the app functions perfectly. The only thing I would to see change in would be a more modern look to the app.

Great full feature app. You can set up thumb print authentication or Face ID under banking services>manage fingerprint. I also love the convenience of making mobile deposits!
Weak Banking App
I like supporting a smaller community bank but Westfield’s App is terrible. Their non-standard Touch ID implementation makes no sense. It loses my registered fingerprint all the time. It requires that I enter security answers every time I log in with my fingerprint which defeats the purpose. It’s VERY light on features compared to other Apps. I think they need to revisit their strategy and invest more in their mobile experience.
