First, could you please check if your current clock setting is already set to 12-hour format? Next, please try the following steps to switch back to 12-hour time: Open the clock edit screen. Select "Face." Look for the "Settings" option. Within the settings, you should find an option for either "12HourTime" or "24HourTime." Please ensure "12HourTime" is selected. If "24HourTime" is currently selected, please change it to "12HourTime." If you are still unable to change the setting after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to contact us through the "Contact Us" option in the app's "Menu."
