They told me about this app later.
I spent a lot in this place pero walang nagsabi sa akin about this app. Noong tapos na ang big purchases namin saka kami sinabihan na may loyalty app sila. Shop and earn points. Sinabihan lang ako noong small purchases na lang. Recently nag shop naman ako dito at iniscan ang code pero hindi naman nadagdagan ang points ko. Hmp!

Hello Taritz, We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of communication regarding the loyalty app. We appreciate your feedback and would like to inform you that once you present your My Wilcon Loyalty app, the points should reflect as follows: ETP and POS transactions: Points reflect in real-time. Sales Invoice: Points reflect within 24 hours once the transaction is processed and completed on our end. Customer Order No: Points reflect within 48 hours once the transaction is fully processed and completed on our end. We hope this clears up any confusion, and we appreciate your understanding. The new one is completely useless.
Not user friendly
It is difficult to use the QR code feature for scanning for points. The QR code is only valid for 15 minutes. In some Wilcon branches, the signal is so bad that it takes time to login to the app and generate a new QR each time. Makes the check-out process unnecessarily longer.

Horrible app! Even most of the staff on the floor are not attentive to clients, they prefer to group together doing nothing.
Items are not priced properly, you have to call a staff just to get the price of an item for you.

HORRIBLE App, DOES NOTHING!
Worthless waste of time and however many pesos these thieves steal from you promising rewards for loyal customers. ONE transaction actually showed up in my account after spending over 250,000 pesos in more than 10 purchase transactions. “Customer Service” absolutely clueless and completely useless. 😡🤬
