My Will وصيتي

“وصيتي” هو تطبيق يهدف إلى مساعدة المسلمين على إعداد وصية شرعية بطريقة سهلة، منظمة، وآمنة. يتيح للمستخدم توثيق وصيته بشكل واضح ومستمر عن طريق اضافة الديون والمتعلقات بشكل مستمر وتحديثها بشكل انيو يبيّن المستفيدين من التركة (غير الورثة)، ويضمن عدم تجاوز الحد الشرعي المسموح (ثلث التركة)، مع إمكانية تخصيص الوصية لأفراد أو جهات خيرية، وتصديرها كوثيقة قانونية قابلة للطباعة أو التخزين. • المسلمون البالغون الراغبون في تنظيم تركتهم. • كبار السن. • أصحاب الأملاك (أراضٍ، عقارات، شركات…). • من لديهم أشخاص غير وارثين يرغبون بإعطائهم نصيبًا بعد وفاتهم. • من يريد تخصيص جزء من ماله لأعمال خيرية أو وقف. “My Will” is an application designed to help Muslims prepare an Islamic will in an easy, organized, and secure manner. It allows users to clearly and continuously document their will by regularly adding and updating debts and related matters. The app highlights the beneficiaries of the estate (excluding legal heirs), ensures that the permissible legal limit (one-third of the estate) is not exceeded, and provides the option to allocate portions of the will to individuals or charitable organizations. The will can then be exported as a printable or storable legal document. Target Users: • Adult Muslims who wish to organize their estate. • Elderly individuals. • Property owners (land, real estate, businesses, etc.). • Those who have non-heir individuals they want to leave a portion to after their death. • Anyone who wants to dedicate part of their wealth to charitable causes or endowments.
