Wine Memories 1.5.0 The biggest update since launch: your friends are in, and your whole photo history can now join your map. FRIENDS • Add friends and choose who sees each memory: only you, friends, or everyone. • See the places where your friends have opened bottles, right on your map. • Clink a memory, leave a comment, and save wines you want to try. • Close friends get their own circle. Public profiles and usernames let people find you, but only if you want to be found. • Tried because of you: see which of your memories inspired a friend's bottle. • Two new cards to share: Year in Wine, and Blend, the nights two friends have in common. FULL CELLAR • Your last two years scan free, and stay free. The Full Cellar reaches your whole photo library and places every wine memory it finds on your map, year by year, as each year unseals. • A reveal when it finishes, an atlas tour, and achievements for the ground you have covered. • One purchase, once, inside the app. WINE LABELS • Every memory kept from a scan now gets its bottles read from the labels: the wine, the producer, and where it comes from, even with several bottles on the table. MAP AND INSIGHTS • Two Countries: where you drink, and where your wines come from. The map now outlines the countries you have drunk in. • When a photo was taken at a wine place, the editor asks "were you at ...?" and matches the venue for you. • Deeper region pages, starting with Rioja, Alsace, the Loire and Marlborough. YOUR PHOTOS AND AI • Before any photo goes to an outside AI, the app asks you first. You can switch AI photo analysis off any time in Privacy Settings. • Thumbnails sent for analysis are deleted from our servers within days. COMMUNITY • Report any comment with one tap. Our community standards are now in the Terms, and a person reviews every report. ACCOUNTS • Signed in with Apple on one phone and Google on another? Link them into one account under Profile > Sign-in methods. DAILY POUR • An evening note when a memory from this day in an earlier year comes around, at most one a day. There is a switch for it. FIXES • Edits made after the first one now reach your friends and the web. • Photo drafts survive signing out. • The wine catalog no longer goes blank after an update. • Clearer permission prompts and privacy text throughout.
