Great & Easy to Navigate
Easy to use app to communicate with teachers at preschool. It is also super quick to share photos and other information quickly for teachers as well as parents!

The information is too scattered, and there are no notifications or reminders. There’s no consent or survey reminder either. School activities suddenly appear under “Consent” without any prior notice. They only show up in the information section when the deadline is near, and there’s still no notification, which has caused our child to miss many activities. The teachers just look innocent and helpless, saying, “But we already sent it out.” Well, the app didn’t send any notifications! It makes it feel like these activities are in such high demand that parents have to constantly monitor their phones to secure a spot.

Urgent need help
I am unable to login to the home page, whenever I login it will change to my Lock Screen , I tried to switch off my phone and on again and it happen whenever I tried to view the home page.
App keeps crashing. Phone got forced into Lockscreen.

Am able to see notifications but when opening the app, it just crashes. Tried several times and it’s the same. Any solution??
Latest update causes app to crash
Please resolve this issue with the latest update. It cause the app to crash as soon as it opens. I’ve rebooted the app and my phone too but the problem is not resolved. Thank you.
