This app is terrible! It needs major revision for working people. It’s missing numbers and facts. Life is too busy to deal with this thing.. absolutely awful. Rich man’s bank for sure. I am leaving.

iOS update
I've been using this app for a few years and I loved it ! Very easy to navigate and understand. Out of the blue, I try to log in on a payday and find that I will no longer be able to use the app unless my phone can update to iOS 17... ? I've tried to get to iOS 17, and apparently my phone is not compatible because it's not a newer iPhone? Ridiculous! So I'm expected to spend $1000 on a phone in order to use MY banking app? Why? I can't afford $1000 phone so I'm forced to move to another bank after being with WSB for 25 years? Wow. Bad,bad business. Very disappointed

App requires update
This app keeps stating now for months that a app update is required to keep you WSD safe and secure the latest version is required and then you’ll find a button below that message to update now. It leads you to the App Store. The app does automatic updates and I don’t kind an update available and I just find an open button. I have talked to others about this and they too have the same issue. Please fix this I’m on the go a lot and this is easier on your clients and customers. Thank you

It always shows the wrong amount in your account and then when you go to use your card you can’t use it
Summer Use
We are summer residents of the 1000 Islands and we use WSB for five months of the year. This is truly the best bank in northern New York. Their mobile app is easy to use and their support services are wonderful! They have locations in Watertown, Chaumont and Clayton which makes them so easily available. We’d recommend this bank to anyone staying in the 1000 Islands Region!

Don’t rely on App
App never seems like it’s right. Always showing me wrong amounts in account. Takes while before it updates. Old app was much better.
Pathetic at times
It’s simple addition & subtraction, people! How do you screw that up?!? Sometimes (rarely) is the balance correct. For example, no spending from my checking for five business days & then today I spent thirty something at a local store & tonight it shows an INCREASE in my balance despite it showing the transaction.
I don’t trust what I see and info is not processed & updated on the app in anything remotely resembling a timely fashion. The old app worked fine but this thing has been total garbage from the start. I’ve patiently waited for WSB to work out the bugs for a couple of months but frankly it seems to be worse than ever.
