Awful
Slow web based app. Inaccurate. Doesn’t properly show My last two months’ top up and it incorrectly scheduled one top up a month in advance, causing me to miss the deadline

Cryptic app
No easy to see where your credit has gone. Unnecessarily complex app.
Does not allow login
Useless. No support either. Very upset.

Does not allow login
Someone complained about it and it is still true. Even with correct user id and password, it keeps saying “sorry, we couldn’t find what you were looking for.” This is an extremely frustrating experience. The online chat robot is totally useless. I’m sure this is the last and the only time I buy 3HK.

Unusable App
Functionality - particularly around payments - does not work regularly. For a telco, Three are very poor at technology.

Worst service ever
Nothing works. I’m trying to register & log in for days without success. Looking forward to close my account.
Doesn’t allow Log-in!
You can no longer access My3 from the Three website, you have to use the app, however every time I try to log-in it tells me I have not registered (I have!) and if I try to re-register on the website I can’t because it says I already have! So stupid, and I haven’t been able to top-up now because of it. Mad.

Not opening
I know I might be the only one writing about this app and no one will care about my review nor will help or try to change anything or fix anything as usual with all apple applications and the persons in charge of them. Anyhow I moved recently to Ireland and bought my 3 SIM card cause it’s a good deal and they told me it has an application that works perfectly especially in android mobile phones but of course not on Apple mobile phones cause as I downloaded the app it tells me that it needs an update and click on this button to update. I’m trying to update it now for two days but once you push the button it transfers you directly to the Apple store with a message can not open store now nevertheless when I open my store directly not through the app it opens perfectly. As usual big fail to Apple apps and I’m really looking forward to become an android user after 10 years of being loyal to Apple with no use.
