New app so much worse
They had a great app; they’ve replaced it and now it’s so much worse. Trivia winnings don’t make it to the account for multiple weeks. Multiple people in our trivia group lost credits in the migration and a few of us can’t open the app anymore with old credentials. You also can’t do partial redemptions - your points pay for your total check or servers have to pull items off and bill them separately. Even with split checks, it gets messed up. So one guy lost $157 in redemption points because the app applied it against the full group bill when he meant to use $30 for his own check; they still billed everyone else individually. So we double paid. Their staff has tried to help but all they can do is point us to corporate who doesn’t respond. Trying to work with a few of the bar managers to get stuff straightened out, they’re doing their best but they don’t control the app. 4C Restaurants are great, this app is not.

Kevin, Lauren, Nancy gave excellent service! Lauren went out of her way to accommodate my party! She check on us at 15 times in the last hour! This is a brunch place for every Sunday !
