MYA HR is the staff-management app for Mardan Youth's Academy — one place for administrators and coordinators to run daily faculty operations from a phone. ATTENDANCE AT A GLANCE See today's present, late, and absent counts across every wing and section, backed by biometric check-in logs, and drill into any teacher's status. STAFF DIRECTORY Browse and search the full faculty directory — photos, designations, sections, and tenure — and open any staff member's profile. HIRING & ENTRY TESTS Register candidates with a photo taken right on the phone, have them sit a timed multiple-choice entrance test inside the app, review their score and per-question history, generate an AI suitability assessment, and onboard the successful ones straight into your staff list. WING MANAGEMENT Per-teacher status, timetables, and duties for each section. SECURE SIGN-IN Sign in with email and password, or a 4-digit PIN protected by Face ID. MYA HR connects to your academy's MYA HR portal. An administrator or staff account is required to sign in.
