App tempermental
Great concept but app seems to be laden with bugs. It took me 3 days to eventually get into the app. It accepts my number and sends me a sms code. When I input the the code it comes with a failed unknown error message. Staff at support took my name and details on 3 separate occasions and said someone would get to me. You guessed right no one called. On the 4th day I tried and by some chance it logged me in. However the Home Screen doesn’t load. The area with Afrimoney does work and I can see my balance and was able to buy airtime.
Proceeded to get another sim for my mifi and it was all over again. Couldn’t log in.
Pity staff at Wilkinson Road didn’t even know about the app but kept directing me to use a series of numbers to check balance etc.
