I’ve been asking for more product training at work as I’ve only been with the company for 6 months. Then I found Myagi and it’s just perfect. 😍
Doesn’t save progress
Simply put… can’t use “continue” button to save my progress so it counts. Kind of pointless if I can’t show I completed a lesson.
New signups have a 0% chance of working
You have to contact support to activate an account. Their automated signup process fails 100% of the time over our last 8 signups

App exists right after launch. Tried reinstalling with no luck

It doesn’t recognize my password. I try to reset password and nothing happens. Terrible
Update isn’t great
Badges are gone, rank is incredibly buggy, and percentage correct doesn’t reflect actual scores. I think it’s counting questions as incorrect when I open a lesson and don’t complete it.

Can’t read questions or retake quiz
Videos can often be bypassed on the app. The quizzes given provide answers to questions but not actual questions (!) thus answers and questions have to be guessed. If a lesson needs to be retaken - because of this - the videos have to replayed (not so if accessing on web) Owners are aware of these problems but have done nothing to solve it. It should be removed. It fails the user and fails to work on both phone and tablet

My company links YouTube videos in their courses. It sure would be nice to be able to hear it.

Hi, could you please ensure that your Ring/Silent switch on your phone is set to ring mode? If it's set to silent, your speakers will also be muted.
