Not working
Despite being on the same wi-fi as my iPhone, it won’t start because it says it is not on the same wi-fi as my iPhone…Delete.

Unable to use since recent update (3 weeks ago)
App is frozen and says starting up. I went to update App and noted it was already done 3 weeks ago. I use it to adjust temperature during the night for my kids. Annoying I hope it’s fixed soon.
Crashes when I open it
Crashes when I open the app on iOS 8.1.1. Please fix it!! That's the whole reason I got your aircon system!
Needs an update
GUI is really outdated and ugly.
Tells me I am not connected to wifi every time I open the app, have to retry several times just to get it to connect.

Unable to connect since v1.06 upgrade
Have had my system 18 months and enjoyed the ability to turn off the aircon whilst in bed of a night time, however I've been unable to use the app since upgrading to v1.06. It says I'm connected to a wi-fi but unable to locate the MyAir controller. My router shows the controller has an IP address and I can connect to this in a browser and it shows text stating its an Advantage Air MyAir system so it's not a home network issue. Can I get an old version of the app to see if this resolves the issue?

Just spins and does not come up. Also poor customer service and uncompromising company policies that won't let it work on my US phone.

Good app, great to be able to control some of the air con functions, but I can find a way to control the fan speed via the app

Love controlling my air con from my bed or on the couch. Works well, very smart idea!!
Awesome system, poor app
The app looks amazing and has everything you want but is very laggy when I try to to use it to do anything. Not very responsive to touch after you press it once and have to wait a few seconds for it to allow a button press to be used again.
Quick to communicate with the air con system once it let's you press the desired button you want. Overall it should respond to every press, not wait a few seconds after it freezes.
