App GUI doesnt load properly on latest IOS18
Where is the update?
Apple have been telling us for way too long that this app must be updated to work with future iOS. WHERE IS THE UPDATE????
No longer works
Just received message on the iPhone that the app will not work with the latest version of OS and the developer needs to provide an update.
Great app but could do with a UI upgrade
Tool works great but the UI feels dated and could do with a serious face lift.
Good App but need for improvements!
Initially, I had problems with connecting with MyAir3 as it was strangely incompatible with my FritzBox 7390 modem/router. Sometimes it picked MyAir3 up but showed null speed in the FritzBox web interface. However, if I plugged MyAir3 into an Apple Extreme AC Router or Netcomm Router which were plugged into the FritzBox then the App worked well!
Suggested improvements are:
1. Show the current temperature of each zone irrespective of the zone being ON or OFF.
2. Show when the AirCon unit is actually operating and using power. Currently the "System Running" message doesn't mean that the actual AirCon unit is drawing power.
3. Provide statistics on usage and how much power is actually being used by the AirCon outdoor & indoor units.
4. Provide facility to input current electricity usage rates and thus produce running cost estimates that may encourage users to reduce set point temperatures in extreme weather.

Doesn't work even after updates
This app is hopeless. Even after the updates that were suppose to fix the bugs, it still won't connect. Very frustrating

Keeps saying I'm connected to my wifi but my myair system cannot be found. Grrrrr
Then without changing anything it starts working and then can't find it again

Fails to connect almost all the time
When this app is working its great. But it rarely works. It just keeps saying "MyAir System could not be found". Very annoying. Wish i didn't download it in the first place, it's like constantly losing the remote!
Works 5% of the time
When it connects it awesome!
Problem is it doesn't connect 95% of the time. Have tried all versions from 1.6 on, reset router config, re-installed app on iPads (multiple), iPhones (multiple) and still have problems connecting. Always says myair system cannot be located. I know it's in the roof!

Does not work!!!
I payed $900 for the myair3 and it worked ok for about 3weeks before the problems started.
I want my money back!!!!
I called advantage to fix the problem. They have come to my house on 3 separate accusations and every time the technician comes to fix the problem it works how it should for a couple of days then it stops.

Don't waste your money
Absolutely a waste of money. Set up correctly, worked once now nothing. Cannot find MyAir3 by wifi.
Would be better if usable over 3G
App works well and is responsive. Shame it doesn't work over 3G. It's not that hard to add that feature
