MyAlAin
All of Al Ain, in one place
About
What's New in MyAlAin
1.5.5
September 26, 2026
A new PRO tab, a header that follows you everywhere, and the city map back where you reach for it. • PRO — one place for the paperwork: business setup and licences, visas and residency, legal and court services, documents and attestation, property, vehicles and traffic files, jobs and labour, and municipality permits. Open a heading to see everything it covers, then leave your name, e-mail and phone and we call you back. MyAlAin does not process government applications directly; a registered licensed agent handles the request and every application is made on the official portal. • The MyAlAin header now shows on every tab and every page, with the language switch, your profile and the notification bell together in one place. • Notifications moved into the header, where the unread count is always in sight, and each one now opens the screen it belongs to. • The city map is back on the home tab as a floating pin, and it opens as a full page of its own. • New illustrated category tiles — cafés, restaurants, cafeterias, salons, perfume & oud, hotels, flowers, car wash and fabrics — so you can filter the city at a glance. • The home tab mirrors myalain.ae: the city's pillars, guides, events and the government services guide in one scroll. • Your own Business Hub — business owners run the full console inside the app. • Apply to list your business in minutes: attach your trade licence and Emirates ID as you submit, then follow the application and get told the moment it is approved. • Loyalty at the counter: your card now shows the balance, the rewards you can take, what the purchase just earned and your recent movements. • Fixes throughout: a new account no longer sees the previous account's history, sign-up followed by sign-in works first time, every Settings message appears under the setting it belongs to, a password identical to your old one is refused, and changing your e-mail address tells both addresses. • Arabic and English throughout, with a language switch that always offers the other language.
