Снять с охраны в приложении -не активно,возможно это только на айфоне,не знаю… но вот батарейка села на пульте,а она не везде продается и теперь не могу зайти в помещение

Что случилось с приложением?.. не реагирует на задачи - снять/поставить невозможно, события не отображаются, уведомления не приходят… читаю, жалобы имеются и давно… ребят, разработчики, надо как то исправлять ситуацию…
