Worst app/product
Suspected Chinese trash. Does not work. Ever. Do not buy.
Removed onvif
The app is okay but they have now removed the onvif from the menu. I used to be able to link all my cameras on one app but now I have to use the both. Unless it’s a fault inside the app or camera ??
Portrait Mode
This software does not work very well on macOS. Occasionally, it displays correctly on my MacBook, but at other times, it locks into a strange configuration where I can't even see what my cameras are pointing at. It works fine on my phone, but it would certainly be nice if it worked properly on the MacBook as well.
Additionally, it would be helpful if the developers could provide more frequent updates to address compatibility issues with macOS. Improved customer support and a detailed troubleshooting guide for Mac users would also enhance the overall experience.

Nice app, but it would be nice to see more than one camera in live mode at the same time
Issues with the app on iPhone
I have used this app for a couple of years with minimal issues, but as of recent the app does not open to allow me to view my cameras.
Latest update crashed the app
Immediately crashes on opening after the latest update on iPhone 13 pro with latest iOS. Now completely unusable.

Update new version wrong
My phone update new version app after that the app can’t connect to Bluetooth because sometime I’m at work I use apple AirPod for convenience listen my parent at home. But now new version didn’t work. Pleaseeeeeee fix it. Thanks
10.2.4 Still Doesn’t Work on iPhone XR
After update, app won’t operate. It closes as soon as app is opened, on all my iPhones.
Worthless
Another update that doesn’t work. Still will not open on my iPhones that the app was updated on. The one phone that I haven’t updated the worthless app is the only one that will open when clicked on. I will NEVER BUY ANNKE JUNK AGAIN!!!!!!!!
App doesn’t open
For some reason I’ve been trying to open the app for the past 3 weeks and it won’t even open anymore. I’ve tried updating it. Still acts like it’s opening then returns to main screen.
Just stopped working
This app worked for a long time and all of a sudden stopped opening on my phone but works on my iPad. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but no help.
Updating breaks app
If you update the app, it (the app) will not work anymore.
That said, I believe that this is intentional since users on their forums are now being directed to install the their “mipc” app.
Update: One thing i noticed after installing the new app is that 1 of my camera’s night vision no longer functions…

10.2.1 Doesn’t Work on iPhone XR
After update, app won’t operate. It closes as soon as app is opened, on all my iPhones.
App will not open since the latest update
The 10.2.1 update made the app inoperable on all 3 iPhones it was updated on. The fourth iPhone wasn’t updated it will still open and display the cameras. They need to update the app correctly NOW.

Camera is glitchy
Support Safe Areas on iPhone X and up!
This App needs to support safe areas. It’s nearly impossible to tap the buttons on the bottom bar because the home indicator blocks them. It’s really easy guys; let’s get that done.
