I am in the US and this vehicle has never been in India. When I have to enter my phone number it is automatic+91 for a phone in India and I cannot change it.

Not very usefull info

1. No detailed service /repairs history: Reason not understood
2. No fault alarm and history
3. Very slow
4. Detailed infor engine , transmission etc. is required to understand the service requirements

Kindly add on above feature so as it become slightly usefull

Worst app ever used

App is so slow. It takes decades to purchase smn from the app. Total disappointment just like their cars

Very nice app I get up to date of my Audi car from this app even though if I don’t carry my phone or iPad it’s very good n helpful.

Basic options not present

This app does not have notifications for the car. When the Engine has started or stopped, there's no way for you to get a notification. What is the use of the app if we can't be alerted by getting a notification.
Also, the car location cannot be opened on Google maps. That's such a basic option again.
Forget about advanced features which it anyway doesn't have, please get the basics right atleast. Even Skoda connect has these options. 😐

Service Advisor Reshma

I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism Ms. Reshma has exhibited. It even pleasing to know that she is only 2 months old in this process ( as a service advisor). This shows the quality resources and training Audi provides which is so very evident in Reshma’s work. My experience was simply ‘perfect’.

App stopped working

Hi since the update of the latest IOS the app as stopped working and doesn’t connect with the car. Please fix the issue

Bad bad bad

One of the worst experiences with the car & the app. Have & have had all german makes. This hands down is as good as any Nigerian company can be!
Nonetheless, Kudos on earning the feather in your cap!
