Poorly Translated
As the son of a Spanish speaking mother who speaks very little English, this app is truly disheartening. Almost all the content within this app has not been translated correctly, there are so many instances that do not make sense in our language and not to mention some of the terms used are far from culturally appropriate. Great app concept, terrible execution! Have the translations even been checked?

This is by far one the best apps and easy to use and navigate through the information specifically for people from CALD background.
Wondering when are you planning to include additional languages? There are a huge proportion of people with limited English language skills from CALD group who speak languages such as Dari, Hazaragi, Farsi, Haka Chin and Arabic. Addition of these languages will be immensely beneficial to these groups of people.

Untrue info on masks. Saying healthy people don’t need to wear masks is not true! What about asymptotic spreaders!?

We have elderly parents semi-retirees, busy working family with toddler, sole traders, few family members new to the country, all needing information to help one another and share knowledge.
For example to help the relative who was stood down at work without pay, we recommended he find out what help he can receive in the 'Financial Assistance' and 'Government Support' Sections in the app, which was so easy with everything in one place. After that he was able to demand employer to organise Job Keeper payments. Also now know what other financial assistances option are available and the app was very good place to start. Visa informations are also there!
So this app is now our go-to source for all information in one place, and it's been most helpful in quick and easy way. So thank you to the app!!
