Poor set up process
My insurance information and car details are not accurately reflected on the set up screen and there’s no way to override it with correct information. There is also no help or contact information anywhere along the process to fix it. I couldn’t proceed without selecting the wrong vehicle type. Deleted the app within 10mins.

Accurate Information
I just downloaded this app and it works great! All of my insurance history is accurately reflected in the app.
Sign up issue
I’m unable to pass step 2 of verification “Already registered license” error show up and it takes me back to login/scan page. When I signed up first time I could finish step 3 then I got “maintenance” error message then it redirected me to “Already registered license” error, I am stuck!!! I need letter of experience for my new auto insurance and my previous auto insurance BelairDirect sent me to this app. Nightmare

Really helpful app
MyAutoPlus is fantastic! I installed the app when we were having trouble renewing insurance after buying a new vehicle. The app showed us our insurance and claims history so we could see what the insurance company sees and better understand what was going on. We were able to straighten out our problem and I will keep checking it regularly to keep track of our auto insurance. I highly recommend this app!

Freezes setting up account
Unable to pass stage 2 of verify identify when setting up the account - app freezes and unable to choose from drop downs to confirm identity

Useful Tool for Consumers
I just discovered this app today. As a broker this is so awesome to see that consumers and clients can access basic but necessary information to keep them informed on their record history. I'm glad it's currently free for people to access their own personal information! I also hope the current information stays free.
