Awesome app
I did the hair analysis kit and I love that I can see my results in the app. I also really like the hair diary feature, it’s nice to have a way to record the changes I make to my hair daily. It’s a very helpful and user friendly app.

The next wave of hair care
I’ve struggled so much with my curly hair care, from having to find curly hair experts to having tried everything in the Target curly hair aisle. Myavana has been heaven sent. I instantly got an accurate hair AI analysis which gave me a list of specific products to use. I also found out that I have product buildup and they’re the reason why I started using detox shampoo in my routine. Highly recommend.

Really Impressed!
Used the Hair AI tool a few months ago to better understand what products would help bring my hair back to life after a series of unfortunate keratin treatments. The instant analysis was shockingly accurate despite the various textures of hair throughout my head. I really loved the product reccomendations as it validated some of what I was using but also pointed me toward some new styling products (I.e. mousse) that were better suited for my hair type. I've been following my new regimen for months now and definitely see a positive impact to the overall health of my hair!

It seems like the bad reviews were from awhile ago so I think they’ve improved because I’ve had an awesome experience! I have spent so much time and money on hair products over the last decade since I’ve gone natural. My hair changes often where certain products work then stop or I buy products hopeful that don’t work. They were able to help me find products that actually work. Thank you!

App not working
The app is broken I paired the 1.99 it turned out to be 3.15 and I can’t get passed that page. And I’m not able to use the app now
Five star idea 1 star execution
I have tried and tried to buy this service and have been disappointed each time. It takes way too long to get the test kit in the mail. The first time i sent it back they never got back to me. I requested and got a refund. A year later I am trying again and running into the same problems. It’s not looking good. The app does not work. It is clunky at best. It is supposed to email you once you download the app. I never got an email. If this service and the app worked well this could be a many multi million dollar company.

App does not work, couldn’t log in
I downloaded this app and subscribed to the monthly plan for 1.99$/month. I was never able to access the content even when the subscription was completed. Very disappointed!
Great idea, terrible app and service
The camera doesn’t work, and apparently neither does the consultation. They ask you to allow 24-48 hours for a response, but it’s been nearly a week. All you seem to be left with is a portal for articles from the website Naturally Curly. I can go online for that, don’t need a monthly subscription.
Great Concept/Needs Work
Hi! I downloaded the app, completed registration but, never got an sms code to complete my profile. When I asked to resend the code, I received an error stating that the code was already sent. So, I wasted a few minutes and provided my information for no reason.
I wish it worked
Every time I take a picture it shows up with the error message “Some issue occurred JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token ‘<‘. “ there’s no place to contact them to report or request a refund.
Can’t take the picture
The concept for this app is great and once the kinks are worked out I’ll download again but for now I have to pass. The error that pops up after trying to take the picture says something about ‘parsing’ which usually means something in the coding for that capability is missing.

And you can’t talk to a consultant until you do it.
I have an iPhone 11 Pro so it’s highly unlikely it’s my phone, but as of right now. This app was a waste of money and time.
