Customer support scam on old people

I have been happy with the app up until now when I tried to email my bladder report. I got a strange error message and clicked the help button where I was instructed to call their support line. I did that and it sent me to a recording to get a free fall detection device. The recording impersonated a human, but I couldn’t make it stop talking. I’m sure they would’ve wanted money for the service. In the end, I never got to a human for support. They just kept trying to give me my “free” fall detector.

Feature addition please

Love the app so far. But it would be even better if you could at a notes section to each entry. Such as I’d add a comment abt any outside factors that aren’t the norm.
Edit: The urgency question should be asked every time not just triggered if a leak happens. It will convey if a program is working as it should.
Edit2: Be able to sync accounts across devices such as a phone and tablet.

Current User

I would like to a more “advanced “ app. Not just a sales presentation.
Need to record the stimulation levels and light/click level. Sometimes my rep wants to know how high my settings are. Now I would like an already implanted user app and not a thinking about trying it app I would like to use that one.
