Функционала приложения на нуле!!!

Приложение вот уже 6 дет просто стоит на одном месте, за всё это время не было ни одного нормального обновления, я с личного кабинета не могу даже телефон пополнить не говоря уже о переводах внутри страны!!!! У меня валютный счёт и в таком случае я даже деньги конвертировать не могу!!! Дизайн отвратительный! Зато деньги за обслуживание банковских карт банк брать не стесняется, как по мне то те деньги которые проходят с зарплатами моряков дают возможность нанять нормального программера, чтоб наконец-то пофиксить все баги!!!! Стыдно ребята!!!

Я хочу видеть нормальную человеческую выписку по карте с подробным описанием операций, ковыряюсь в этом меню приложения и невозможно толком посмотреть, сделайте так, чтоб даже пенсионер смог разобраться в приложении!!
